Product: HP Pavilion 15-bj000 Notebook PC series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can switch on my laptop and get photo image but no text box for me to input password. If I press the home button the display shoes the correct date, battery status and Wi-Fi symbol. How can I get the login panel to appear?? Thanks (hopefully it's something really simple)

Are you not seeing restart icon/power icon in screen?

You can press shift key and click restart

Thanks. Unfortunately nothing happens when I press the shift key. At the moment I can see the screensaver, correct time and date, battery symbol and Wi-Fi symbol. Nothing happens when I press shift. How long should i press it for?
