Product: HP Pavilion 15-bj000 Notebook PC series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can switch on my laptop and get photo image but no text box for me to input password. If I press the home button the display shoes the correct date, battery status and Wi-Fi symbol. How can I get the login panel to appear?? Thanks (hopefully it's something really simple)
