In the picture the Windows Boot Manager is selected. So that has to fail!
Did you prepare a USB-Stick for a UEFI-Setup? Is your USB-Stick FAT32 formatted?
When you download the "Media Creation Tool" and run the procedure you have to prepare the stick for a different computer because you need the boot files for a UEFI-machine
Is there an efi-folder and a bootmgr.efi on the stick?

USB
File system - FAT
There is a folder - EFI
inside 4 file - bootaa64.efi bootarm.efi bootia32.efi bootx64.efi

It should look like this:

And in the EFI-Folder you find 2 Folders: boot and microsoft

Go and download a new "Media Creation Tool"

You need a USB-Stick 8 GB or more

When you run setup make sure that you select for a different computer

Good Luck

when ready come back
