I have an  old HP LAPTOP that I cannot access as I don’t know the pin and email is old…. 

On back it says CAN ICES -3(b) /nmb -3(b) 

 

want to get into it so I can give it to my new partners daughter 

 

anyone help

We are not permitted to help you resetting your password because we have no way to verify ownership of the computer.


Therefore, to get help resetting these passwords, you have to Contact HP support in your region using the following link:


https://www.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html


You can also take your PC to a local PC repair shop and they might be able to get you access -- but you will have to pay them for this service.
