sorry for late, happy xmas and new year, i try to download the software, run it on windows and uefi but i do not have any test fan.. i don't know why.. by yhe way thx a lot, for all. probably this is a problem can't will be solved. 🙂

You need to provide the serial number of your notebook here:

Check your warranty or service status

 

To find serial number follow:

Find product and serial numbers for HP PCs, printers, and accessories

 

Don't post serial number here in the community !

 

If status (date) is wrong:
