Hello @shahzaib2,
Please try a power reset:
- Turn off the laptop
- Remove any external accessories
- Unplug the power cord
- Remove the battery (only if it is external and removable)
- Hold down the power button for at least 15 seconds
- Reinsert the battery if it was removed
- Plugin the power source
- Attempt to turn on the device
Could you please try the HP UEFI Hardware Diagnostics:
- Turn off the laptop
- Press the power button and repeatedly press the Esc button
- Select F2 (System Diagnostics)
- Select the desired language
- Navigate to component tests
- Select Battery and AC Adapter or Power Source test
Note that the above steps may vary depending on the configuration and some tests may not be available.
Let me know how it goes.
Kind regards,
Eddy
