Product: HP ENVY x360 m6 convertible PC

PC is frozen on sign in screen I have reset it and powered off, I am unable to get past the log in screen, it tells me welcome when I type in password and then it has the buffering wheel

It now tells me the user profile service service failed the sign in

User profile cannot be loaded
