Spectre 13-4118na

When I try to power on the Spectre, the LED by the power socket flashes white 3 times.

The only references to 3 flashes online suggests a RAM issue, but I don't believe the RAM is removable on this model. Is this correct? If it does refer to a RAM issue is there any solution? Is it correct that the 3 flashes refers to a problem with RAM?

Thanks.
