Reseted the Password in the BIOS(entered the old password then the next fields empty and then saved) and now is still asking for the password and the old password(s) doesn't work. Tried to contact the live support, because is urgent, I have some bussiness to do on this laptop, but the calling hours ended. Please Help! (wfmpiac11!11)
