Good evening, I come with a concern about my laptop, it turns out that a friend who has a laptop when he went to turn it on or off it did not give an image no matter how many times he turned it on and off... It did not give an image but the caps lock button blinks 3 long times, 2 long times and finally 3 fast times, investigating they say it is RAM or graphics chip or the BIOS, I have already changed RAMs to rule it out but it remains the same, could it be the graphics chip and if it is Haci... What can I do to solve it or who could help me?
