Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When updating the laptop bios the power went off and when restarting the laptop the HP logo displayed. After about 3 seconds it shows a message, "Do not turn off, Bios is updating" Then it changes to this error message "There is a problem with the HP endpoint security controller on the unit."
