What do I do when it says there was a problem resetting your pc? When I try to boot up after getting an upgrade, it goes to a funky colorful wavy screen. I factory reset it once. It worked great! after a month or so, I forgot that it was the upgrade that did it and accepted the upgrade again. Its doing the funky screen again but wont let me reset it again! wont even let me go back to a different starting point!
