When I power on it says “Enter administrators password or Power on password” after three tries the it says system disabled and the code is: i 85118272

BIOS password assistance is not available online here in the forum.
HP might be able to remove BIOS and power on passwords via a service of the computer. You can contact HP Support to set this up. Options vary depending on location and warranty status (Service fee may apply). You will have to  contact HP Support  for assistance on removing the password.
