Product: X360 convertible Chromebook
Operating System: Chrome OS

My HP X360 convertible chromebook won't turn on. It's been unplugged for a week or two, so the battery has probably drained. I've plugged it in, let it charge for more than an hour and still nothing, even when connected to the charger. The power lights aren't even on. This has happened before and I've never been able to figure out why it comes back on, sometimes in an hour or sometimes a day. Help?

I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options since this seems to be an issue with the Motherboard

 

Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
