When the Laptop Starts and if any of the key is pressed among (f2,f9,f12) for boot/bios menu, Laptop stops responding(It Shows "press f9 for boot" at the Left-Bottom ).
I am able to operate my OS. I want re-install OS, but I am unable to open Boot menu.
Plz suggest something.
Note- I am ready to format my PC or Restore.
Thank you.

Hello,
There are 2 ways to access your BIOS settings
- Open BIOS settings from boot menu.
- Go to settings>>windows update&recovery>>recovery>>under advanced startup hit restart now>>recovery options>>advanced options>>access BIOS/UEFI settings (or similar option).
If this won't help you to access bios settings then try to update bios. (be careful while updating).
BIOS setup will reinstall BIOS firmware into your system and your PC will work fine.
Hope this will work for you.
good luck
