Product: chromebook 14 g3
Operating System: Chrome OS

We have a HP chromebook 14 g3 that the battery indicator light shows that it is charged. The power light is rythmically flashing. I have disconnected the battery and held down the power button to see if a discharge would help. The power light continues to flash after plugging the battery in. 

Any assistance would be appreciated.

HP Recommended

Update. The power light stopped blinking after the CB was sitting for a few minutes but when I pushed the power button it started to rythmically blink again.
