When I turned on my laptop this evening, it would not boot up. I got a message to press the esc button, but when I did that nothing happened. This happened once before last year, and I was told that the f12 light was red so it was locked up. How do I unlock the computer so I can use it. It has Windows 10 Pro installed on it, and works fine normally. Could someone tell me what the procedure is to get the laptop to boot up now? Thankyou!!!
