Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello,

I keep getting a "no boot disk has been detected or the disk has failed" message on my HP all in one.  I need this computer to access my quickbooks so I'm freaking out.  Can anyone help?

Hi LMR3

Don't worry i will help you as much as I can, also we can recover your files 🙂

First, if you getting this error that means the system files has been damaged or removed.

Sadly, there are no other way to recover your PC without the installing windows again.

Lets start, yoou need a bootable usb disk. You can watch how to do it on YouTube. In short you must reinstall the windows as cleanest way.

Follow the instructions, on setup screen.

When you come "where do you want install the windows" ;

If you wanna recover your files - You must split your disk as C:\ and D:\ - (note: don't remove any drive like a c:, d: in that case)

* Install the windows to C:\ drive,  all of your personal files will be in D:\ drive.

* After you setup the windows you can access to your files.

If you haven't files to recover - Erase all the drivers and install the windows

I'm leaving some videos to here, you can watch it! I hope it helped
