HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-cx0058wm

so i got on the hp support website and downloaded the bios from f-25 cause thats what was running on the gaming laptop when it crashed.  all i know is she said she turned it on and it went to a blue screen and every since then the laptop keeps going into autorepair and diagnose and then shutdown or advanced options which i have did and tried safemode plus networking in which it has been diagnosing for bout an hour now and still going.  its a hp pavilion gaming laptop with 16 gigs ram and 1 tb storage.  its barely 2 years old and also i noticed that the bios update on the site is up to f-28 so i dont suppose she has been having any problems til now.  anybody know what else i can try?  ive tried the windows logo and b and hold that until bios screen popped up and it says failed.  ive did the usb boot update and it says file not found.  she doesnt have administrator account on her device so there is no option for command prompt or reset.  need help please and i appreciate any knowledge i get my way.  thanks,  Eric

So i updated the bios and then it said  cmos error. The values are off of default and im not sure how to get them back to normal cause theres no admin account logged on tbe device. And i did the tests.  i actually was led to that by the virtual assistant and the tests all came back passed

Hello @eric217

To help you I just need to know the product number (p/n) xxxxxx#xxx of your notebook !

It looks something like this:

ub6424_1-1671875779954.png

You will find this information on the back/rear of your notebook in small alphanumeric letters. Use a magnifying glass or the camera zoom feature on your smartphone to read it better.

Kind regards
