Hi Community ,

 

My laptop touch is not working and also the synaptic driver is disappearing from device manager

I reviewed your post and I understand that the touchpad driver is disappearing from the device manager and you are also facing issues with the touchscreen.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the product number of your computer?

 

For the touchscreen issue, follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.

For the touchpad, I recommend you download and install the touchpad driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.
