Здравствуйте.  Сколько слотов для установки hdd/ssd/m2 в моем ноутбуке (   Павильон HP 15-bc001ur (ENERGY STAR ). Если есть слоты

по мимо одного основного, то какие?

То есть, я могу установить на эту модель Твердотельные накопители  форматов PCIe, NVMe, TLC, M.2 ?

That is correct.

Something like the Samsung 980 (not 980 Pro) or the Western Digital Blue SN570 NVMe SSD's.

Not that you can't use a Samsung 980 Pro, but the 980 Pro is PCIe Gen 4 and your notebook's M.2 slot is PCIe Gen 3.

So, you would be spending more money for the 980 Pro and not getting the benefit of the advertised speeds it has.
