Good day!
A few days ago bought a laptop hp 15-ck004ur
First of all, I increased the RAM up to 16Gb, and also bought a new NWMe M.2 SSD SSD Transcend drive [TS512GMTE110S] M.2 512 Gb 3D NAND TLC
The laptop does not see this drive: (
Tell me what to do?
How to solve the problem and install the operating system on a new drive

Samsung 970 Evo has been shown to work in that model series albeit with problems enabling "fast mode" where it seemed to be running in x2 mode instead of x4:
I would have to venture an opinion the issue is with the specific NVME disk you have installed. Also possible problem if the M.2 is formatted with an MBR system and you are in secure/UEFI boot mode?

thanks for the advice
So, today I purchased a new Samsung EVO 970 256GB drive (I did not dare to 500GB). I inserted the drive into the slot, disconnected Legacy and security boot in BIOS, however, when trying to install Windows, the laptop sees only SATA 2.5 ", but EVO 970 does not see 😞
What's wrong ? Maybe need to configure something in BIOS?
I already give up :Плач:

Forget about the BIOS, does your installation media "see" your hard drive?
I am assuming you trying to install windows from a USB drive? Run the installation despite that you cant mount the drive in BIOS.
Now, when you 're at the "where to install windows" screen at the begining of the windows installation, do you see the NVMe drive there?
Even if you see the drive there it will not work to install Windows since on the next restart the BIOS cant find the NVMe drive anyways but please, report back here if it's listed in there or not... There is a hack I can link to in this case...
EDIT: I need to clarify that you need Windows 10 since it supports NVMe out of the box!
EDIT2: This drivers might work on older windows too, I don't know. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1-whPYHtjCsfVnr_YmVn7EufpH-u2Jmpv?usp=sharing
Put them on a USB stick and choose "load drivers" on the emty hard disk screen. If it works the NVMe should pop up...

all right
I'm really trying to install windows from a flash drive
I shot a video: https://youtu.be/6wBAl1NEn0g
The video shows that the system sees only SSD SATA 2.5 ", but does not see M.2
