Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ноутбук куплен в 2008 году, ОС "Windows Vista". В 2015 году установлена ОС "Windows 10". Не могу обновить БИОС с версии F.0E на версию F.10. После открытия файла sp38258.exe не открывается утилита для создания загрузочной флешки. Как решить проблему?
