My HP360 spectre stops holding a charge. Tried BestBuy brand new charger, not working. It is dead now. Went to computer repair in Fort Collins, CO, they said it may be the motherboard and would cost up to more than $600 to fix it. This is very disappointed because the laPptop is very new with no damage caused by owner. I don't know what to say...It happened when warranty expired. HP products now are so crappy; my old Toshiba laptop never had an issue with battery after 10 years. Spent more than $1000 to get to use HP laptop for only one year. I read on the forum people said it was HP's faulty motherboard. if so, Why not recalling and replacing for us? Shame on such a big established company. If I have to pay $600 to repair it, I would go buy another laptop not from HP. HP should be completely responsile for this issue. There are way more better affordable brands out there with easier repair and parts can be found anywhere.
I loved the laptop so much but now Im filled with disappointments.
