Hi, can anyone advise how i can get my 12 month warranty to show as activated on my product page. Trying to contact HP is proving to be impossible. My Laptop was registered 10th June and shows up on my product page, but currently has the warranty expiring in 29 days. I now have 3 cases open to dispute this, and attached my proof of purchase each time, each case opened says they will respond in 1 day. The first case was opened on the 19th June with still no response. I thought i was on a winner with the What's App chat but that has gone cold too. HP really don't seem to want anyone to contact them or indeed want to respond to queries. I wish i had read all the reviews about HP before i bought this product. The so called customer service is shocking, well, its non existent.
