Microprocessor: AMD A12-9720P RADEON R7, 12 COMPUTE CORES 4C+8G
System Memory: 4GB
Memory Slot 1: 4GB Samsung 1866MHz
Purchase Year: 2018

 

My laptop is very slow and lag. It often takes a long time to turn on and also process some web pages or software. I'd reset it several times in the system setting by myself. However, it does not fix this problem. Should I upgrade/add an SSD instead of the HDD? Or RAM? If yes, how many GB should I add? (Not playing game but will download Adobe Premiere Pro)
Is it worth to do so since it has been used for 2 years?

 

Hoping someone could assist me with this. Your help is appreciated.
