Hello,
I just bought HP Pavilion Gaming Seria 15-cx0073nw. Inside i have only m2 disk, and I want to add SSD to empty pocket inside. There is a place for a disk, but there is not cable to connect drive. Is it should be added inside by HP with laptop? Never mind, I just want to buy one of this cable, but I don't know what is the name of this part.

Below there are photos of motherboard with socket, there is 12 pins on them. Every cable that I saw, had only 10 or 8 pins.

Go to support.HP.com and type in your model number and look for the Maintenance and service guide. The part numbers for the correct cable will be in there.

Same problem.

I searched the base but there is no such model. Tried model name, model number and sn. No results.

Then i tried to contact hp support. But i cant send request due to strange error

"A potentially dangerous input was detected from the client browser."

Checked text, only letters and dots. They suggest me to send direct email. Ok. Contact hp - select model and... only two options: virtual agent and service center locator.

What now?

Edit: hp support request sent. Looks like 1000 characters limit is invalid. Its more like 100 chars. Anyway after cutting some text request sent.
