Hello,
Here on behalf of my boyfriend, his laptop's fTPM has somehow Vanished from the BIOS options, even after a full reset of the BIOS and even Upgrading to the latest version BIOS.
It's no longer showing as an option in the security menu on the BIOS at all, swapping between eUFI mode and CSM mode changes nothing.
He really needs this back as he plays a lot of valorant, and he can't now - as the fTPM is required for their anticheat.
Please, help!

When you do not identify your desktop or laptop PC, you tie our hands behind our backs.
When logged into Windows, hold down the Windows key and tap the R key once.
That will open the Windows run dialogue
Type in msinfo32 and press enter.
The ninth line is the SKU and the HP product number. Kindly post it in your next reply in your thread.
The System SKU/Product ID will enable us to determine the hardware configuration of your notebook.

Thank you for your reply Erico,
The SKU is showing up as a sequence rather than what a SKU should look like and the model is weird too.
The model is showing up as InsydeH20 with SKU 1234567#ABA - BIOS date/Version is Insyde F.47, 4/12/2023 - one we got off the HP website.
Hopefully there is some fix for this, it's very bizarre.

Only AMD processors have fTPM.
The more recent, at least from 2019 model year, Intel Core i Series processors have TPM on chip.
Your laptop has the Intel Core i3-10110U processor, which has Intel SIPP.
Intel SIPP has compatibility with TPM 2.0.
The possibility exists that you might need to consider performing a microcode update for the processor.
There might have been an Windows hardware update that caused the problem the laptop is facing. Take a look at the Windows update list.
Your processor's Drivers and software
In my Spectre 13t-ap0069 laptop's BIOS, in the Security tab there is a option for TPM device which has two options. One is Available and the other is Hidden.
If Hidden is chosen, the device would only vanish "if the request was confirmed via the Physical Presence check prompted by the BIOS during the next startup. "
How about taking a look in the Security tab to see if the TPM Device option is there.
If it is, set it to available, save the change with an F10 keystroke and let the laptop boot to Windows.
Boot to BIOS, go to the Security tab and set TPM to Enable.

Hello @7egazy
Did the same thing happen to TPM in your BIOS?
Can you enter the BIOS, go to the Security tab, take a digital photo of the whole tab and post it here in the thread?
The thread is a work in progress.
This is what the Security tab of the F.47 BIOS of my Spectre 13t-ap0069 laptop looks like.
If the TPM keys were inadvertently cleared or the Device made hidden, there are some programming hoops you will have to jump through to make it visible and provision the TPM 2.0 again.

Thanks for the image.
Lets not get sidetracked here.
This is not your thread.
I am waiting for a response from the original author who the thread belongs to

Ok.
That is not something I would have known.
I will have to ask a subject matter expert why the TPM options do not appear.
It will take some time to get a response, but as soon as I have some nformation I will let you know.
