The modules are DDR4-2666 SO-DIMM but the motherboard can only run memory at 2400. The specs clearly say it is 2400 mhz memory.  You were right to match the speed of the originally installed RAM.

yes i know exactly what ram type has my laptop and is hyniz 2666mhz and I bought crucial 4gb 2666mhz  and I installed it.and now i have 12gb ram total.thanks.I saw the model from cpu-z and is this model exactly hynix HMA81GS6JJR8N-VK and is 2666mhz.but running in 2400mhz.and i dont know why in this laptop series hp install ram 2666mhz while the official ram speed is 2400mhz.

you can not answer my question but there is no problem.thanks. I did what I wanted to do.I increased the ram cappacity to 12gb from 8gb.one more question I believe you can answer me. I did well to put 2666mhz or I had to install 2400mhz? but the preinstalled ram is 2666mhz.thanks.

Yes perfect choice. Yes you put 2666 in but it runs at 2400. Seems odd I know but its called "bridging" or sometimes "downclocking".
