Hi. Can the HP NBK 15S EQ2228AU be upgraded with more ram and more storage?
If so, how many memory slots does it have and what is the maximum capacity? Is the SSD/storage drive user-accessible?
I find both of these details to be missing on the product page.

Hi:
Your notebook can support up to 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-3200 memory according to the service manual.
There is only one M.2 SSD slot available, so if you need more storage you will have to replace the 512 GB NVMe SSD with one having a greater storage capacity.

Here's what the Crucial memory/SSD report indicates for upgrades for your notebook.

The NVMe SSD slot is only PCIe Gen 3.0.

You're very welcome.
What the 'not customer accessible or upgradeable ' statement means is that HP wants any work done inside the notebook performed by an authorized service center.
You can upgrade the memory, as the memory removal and replacement procedure is found in chapter 5 of the manual.
