Anyone know if the Wifi card in the 16-a0032dx (card part number L44796-005) is a CNVI card or NGFF? If like to upgrade it to a wifi 6 card.

Certain models in that series come with Wifi 6 card as you can see on page 38 of service manual

Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 + Bluetooth® 5 (non-vPro) (802.11ax 2 × 2)    part number L57250-005

Example:
