My HP G60 came with Windows 7, but my step-dad installed Windows 10 on it and whenever I try to update Windows 10, I keep getting this message "2019-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4512941) - Error 0x800f0831". I'm trying to figure out how I can install this update because I need to know i that is what's causing my laptop to have no sound. The worst part is that the laptop did not come with bluetooth and I wanna know how I can be able to put bluetooth on here. PLEASE HELP ME...!!!

Hi, @NyKiesha

I doubt the update is the reason there is no sound.

Bluetooth...your only option would be to purchase an external USB BT adapter.  I use this one for example...
