Hey at all!
I've an HP 255 G8 which irregularly restarts or hangs up.
This might happens when I'm writing in Word or Excel, meets up in Teams or browsing the web.
It's irregular so I can't say "I do this when it happens.". 😞
I used the system diagnostic without any cognition, update BIOS and drivers and reinstall Windows 11.
But nothing helps.
So I try to open a case to use warranty but I can't.
I'm here: HP Drucker- und Notebook-Reparatur | HP® Support and if I click on "Contact" I get the
dashboard with my registered product but if I choose this I get the "search in support" box.
I can't contact HP?
I only want to speak write with an HP technican. 😞

You are not alone with this issue. There is this thread in the forum which mentions the same issue as far as I can judge based on your rather vague description. The only fix for me right now is to not let it enter sleep mode since the random reboot only occurs when it wasn't in sleep mode before. So you might go to your energy settings and edit them such that the computer does not enter sleep mode while charging (at least this is what I do). I think all of us live in a German speaking country or even Germany based on usernames and the video so maybe it is some problem that only occurs in Europe/Germany(??). If you have any news on this issue and a potential fix let us know.
