My laptop is an Omen 16 and is displaying a 3F0 error and when i run the symptom tests it tells me a hard drive is not installed. I took it to a local diagnostics shop and they told me the hard drive is faulty - they checked and it’s under warranty. How do I get HP to fix this as I do not have a 24 digit error code?

Apparently, the BIOS doesn't detect the hard drive. the drive could've completely failed, and you cannot get a 24-digit error code. Below is your service manual and it looks like you have an M.2 SSD (p.32 of the manual).

You need to contact and tell HP that the diagnostic test doesn't detect the SSD so no 24 digit error code is generated.
