Product: Pavilion Dv7 - 6160ca
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Processor: Amd A8 - 3500M 1.50 Ghz

Ram: 6 Gb (1x2048gb and 1x4096) DDR3 1333 Hz

System: Win 10 Home v.1909

 

I want to upgrade the ram but i don´t know how much this laptop supports.

You can upgrade to 2 x 8GB (total 16GB) using 2 pieces of

 

          https://eu.crucial.com/memory/ddr3/ct102464bf160b/ct2627265       Will run at 1333MHz
