What are you trying to do? Here is the Service manual for your model which is all the motherboard specs HP publishes:
The specs for your model start on p. 5.
Processor is soldered to the motherboard so no easy upgrade there. Up to 2 x 8 gig DDR3L-1600 RAM and it has no M.2 slot. M.2 disk can only be used in place of hard drive in adapter sled.
Post back with any other questions and please accept as solution if it's the answer you needed.

Have to give this advice all the time. 1. There is no advanced BIOS to unlock....what you see is what you get; and 2. No benefit to using high performance or gaming RAM. The motherboard will just run it as if it is standard OEM memory and in some cases, as you are seeing, the timings are so aggressive the system will not POST with the high-end RAM installed.
