I've run about 5 anti-virus software scans from different companies (MWbytes, Kaspersky, a few others) and they all found nothing. I've had the laptop for almost a year and it's always been like this. I make music and the guy at Best Buy that sold it to me said I could upgrade the ram to 32gb. I bought 32gb of ram the next week and then I couldn't change the ram cause it's soldered to the board. I should've just returned it. As soon as I use any synth, I immediately can't record anything without dropouts. Laptop is a HP envy x360 with 8gb ram and a Ryzen 5 8640HS. I've had Haswell pentium dual core builds that ran better this thing sucks
