Hello..got 90B fan error at startup..but it lets me login anyway..notebook 3 months old, been inside-no dust, fan NOT broken or anything..with fan speed software at idle it looks like in the photo -fan#1 speed: 2195 fan#2 speed: 218..is it normal?
With Burnout max load-temperatures about 87-91 °C fan speed the same schematic-one max, other nothing

Hi @Pan_Da
Thank you for providing detailed information.
By looking at the screenshots you have shared everything looks normal and you as have rightly mentioned that, if the computer is overheating or if the fan is not working the computer will not boot to windows and shuts down.
I see that you have already updated the bios, I recommend you to test the computer for a couple of days and check if everything works fine.
If any other questions arise, please feel free to write back to me.
Take care.
Cheers!

Hello
1. I don´t have any earlier data to compare them with these results, because it did not came to my mind to check these stats. So it is possible, that it has been always like this
2. I did not make any hardware changes nor system software changes, although I have used a new sd card, connected my laptop to a 3D printer, instaled some 3D printing software and other, in my opininon harmless stuff of this kind
3. As you can see I tried Burn test to see how the laptop reacts on max load. It did not shut down.
4. I tried updating my BIOS as suggested in the link you posted. No change, fan speed, temp. the same
5. The error message poped only once, since then it did not showed any more, I am currently writing on the very computer
6. It is true, that I have forbid windows to update, but somehow it updated anyway..and it is true, that this was not so long ago, maybe weeks before the 90B error-related?
Now can you tell me if these fan speeds are normal? and these temperatures..while idle-38°C- 45°C while on web the °C rises to 60°C

Hello, I also got an error message at startup (90B) but in my case it appears everytime I turn on the laptop. My OMEN 15 is new, just brought it on january (this issue just began two weeks ago) and I´ve checked with several software for fan speeds and no lecture of the presence of fans is noted, like fans are not in place. However, the laptop doesn´t heat noticeably, no shutdown by overheating or automatic shutdown at startup have happened.
I already restart to factory settings and update bios and drivers and the issue persists. Do you (HP) have a solution to this issue or please bring me a hotline to solve it?
