My Dear,

 

I am facing a problem with that AC Adapter.

 

What is Issue?

 

whem i am connecting my AC Adapter with HP ENVY Notebook - 15-ae101nx (Touch) (ENERGY STAR) system, batter its not going to be a charged, as per my perception AC Adapter is damaged and so now kindly give me the instruction for replacing my adapter with new one.

 

instruction like,

specification of new adapter which must be matched with this HP ENVY Notebook - 15-ae101nx (Touch) (ENERGY STAR) system.

Job Description; Adapter Problem

 

Kindly checked the status of above job card.

 

yesterday on 22/11/2016 i went on Khobar services shop for calimed my AC Adaper. so i want to know right now its done that job or still its pending.

 

& i want to know also they replacing AC Adapter with new one or they repaired.

Ok no issue.

How I can purchase new & genuine AC Adaper for HP ENVY Notebook 15-ae101nx touch screen PC?
Specifications of new AC Adapter it must be match with above PC .

Serial number : cnd5441x21

What will be price of new AC Adapter ?
Procedure how to pay money for New AC Adapter?

But AC Adapter it must be genuine like which we are receiving witn new PC?

Thanks for your reply. I understand you are looking to purchase an AC Adapter for your HP Envy Notebook 15-ae101nx PC. 

 

I did a bit of research and found that it's a  90W PFC Smart 4.5mm Adapter with the part number listed in the Maintenance and Service Guide under (33/127): Here is the link.
