Is the processor upgradeable for this product? I haven't been able to find any information on HP support??? I want to upgrade to Windows 11 if possible. I've run PC health and it says the processor isn't supported for Windows 11.

Hi:
You can install them because the driver updates you are seeing are good for both W10 & W11.
I don't know what driver version HP is sending you, but after you install the Wi-Fi driver, check the driver version and date because this is the newest driver for the RTL8821CE Wi-Fi adapter HP now has.

The processor and eMMC storage are directly packaged (soldered) on the motherboard and cannot be replaced.
The hardware requirements for Win11 cannot be met.

Hi, @JayJ2 :
If you are interested in installing W11 on your PC as is, you can read this discussion for how I upgraded several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's that did not meet the W11 hardware requirements to W11 22H2.
Two of those were HP 255 G7 notebooks with the same processor as yours.
You have to use the version of the Rufus utility that I zipped up and attached in the discussion (v3.18).

If the in-place upgrade fails, you should be able to clean install W11 using the bootable W11 installation flash drive you made with Rufus.

Good morning Paul,
I was able to upgrade to windows 11 thanks to you. Now I've received these two updates from Hewlett-Packard for my previous version (windows 10). Can you advise me what to do with them? See below.
