HP Notebook - 15-af131dx (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I dropped my laptop. After, I had this issue connecting my bluetooth headphones with a seperate usb bluetooth adapter. It says my drivers are up to date and it only shows a quick flash that my headphones registered with bluetooth, but are not connected. It shows they are paired, but not connected in settings and devices. Headphones work with my phones bluetooth. Few pics included.
