Hello.
I want to add a 1TB SSD to the my laptop(ENVY 17-ce100 CTO), but the cable doesn't fit to allow the SSD.
The engineer said it needs an HDD CABLE (L52656-001 SPS-HDD CABLE) to do it
How and Where can I get the part? I am outside of US.
Could anybody help me?

Thank you, Little Boy Blue, for your kind answer.
I tried my best to follow what you guided me to, but I am sorry to say I couldn't find how to.
According to your instruction, I find that my laptop's system SKU is 6UX02AV. I have searched the link you informed me of, but L52656-001 HDD Cable is shown to be N/A. not available.
I am here in Korea. I purchased my laptop through Amazon.com from a US based seller. The local HP Korea does not deal with my laptop model, so I am afraid the company will be reluctant to help me find the part I'm looking for.

Hi
OK.
The part is not readily available, even on Ebay
Options, larger SSD.
OR
Perhaps a caddy.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/s?k=DVD+to+HDD+caddy&ref=nb_sb_noss_2
You remove the DVD drive and fit a caddy, conversion kit.
You need a really slim drive and an SSD may be possible.
Not what you asked for, but compromise?

YES. That is what I had intended to do as a makeshift. But the HP serviceman told me that the HP Company made it very difficult to to do that kind of replacement. You have to cut away something to set the SSD in place of ODD, and once you do that, you'll have to risk not opening that part again and so on.
Thank you, Lil_Boy_Blue, for your patient help.

Of course.
I have processed and completed the payment. More than 78 EURO including delivery fee!. As you feel, that comes quite an awsome price, but I have no other choice. I've already received details of order. Thank you, Lil_Boy_Blue for your considerate warnings.
