Product: Omen 15-DC1058wm laptop

What model # ac adapter is compatible with the Omen 15-DC1058wm laptop? I can't find any info online nor in the manual. I went ahead and bought the official HP 815680-002 200 watt ac adapter and it charges way slow or not at all unless in sleep mode or off. Recently downloaded some Omen software that has a pop-up show every time when plugging in and that it most likely won't charge, to use the original adapter. Did I buy the wrong adapter? Or perhaps is mine not working correctly?

According to the list, you need this adapter part number and power cord part number:

 

L00818-850
200W ADAPTER PFC SMART SLIM

 

L22331-001
CORD C13 1.0M STR Prm NA

 

You can see if HP sells the parts at the link below:

 

HP Parts Store - HP Computer Parts - HP Printer Parts - Compaq Parts

 

I recommend that you go on eBay and do a search by the power adapter part number and find a used but tested and working genuine HP power adapter.  Those will normally also come with the power cord.
