Product: HP ENVY TouchSmart m7-j020dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After updating to Windows 10 Creators the following message appeared: AccelerometerSt.exe - System Error. The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix the problem. Please help!

Hi,

 

Open windows Control Panel, open Programs and Features, right click the entry for HP 3D DriveGuard and select Uninstall.

 

When this has completed, restart the notebook.

 

When windows has reloaded, download and install the version of HP 3D DriveGuard on the following link.

 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp78001-78500/sp78033.exe
