Can I increase the Ram from 8 to 16 on an HP Pavilion SE 14-ep0532sa  14" laptop and how would I do this?  Many thanks

@L0la1,

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

According to the specs, if the processor in your laptop is a 13xxP or a 13xxU (this model has two RAM slots), you can definitely upgrade the RAM in your HP Pavilion SE 14-ep0532sa up to 2x8GB off DDR4 3200 MHz SODIMM RAM. If your laptop is fitted with an N305, N200, or N100 processor (comes with only one RAM slot), the specs are confusing: it says, quote: "One SODIMM slot supporting up to 16 GB of RAM", but then it lists only a 4GB and an 8GB RAM stick.

I was unable via HP PartSurfer to figure out what processor your laptop got.

Kind Regards,
