OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0000nt

Hi,

I was thinking of adding a second ssd to my laptop. I opened up my laptop to check the second m.2 slot. It looks like an nvme slot but it says SATA above the slot on the motherboard (shown in picture). Is the slot SATA or nvme. The ssd i was thinking of buying is nvme, so i wanted to be sure before buying it.

Thanks.

Definitely NVME. Here is the Manual:

In fact you can run a pair of NVME M.2 SSDs in RAID-0 which would be insanely fast. Good luck
