HP ENVY 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-ep1000 (322X5AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I bought a hp ENVY 15.6-inch laptop PC 15-ep1000 (322x5AV) on 5 July 2022 and my product number is 572V1PA.

I tried to change administrator permission because in the user folder my profile name has a space between the names. so, I try to change the name to one name after that files got corrupted in the user folder and were not able to access the files and the error is mentioned as an internal error, so I took the laptop to the brought place to fix it on 27th July 2022.

Now they say that the issue is in the motherboard occurred so that they must replace a new motherboard. Is it possible to have such a problem and how to overcome it?

Hello @Dew248

That can never be the reason.

Please reinstall your system, that's it...
