Hi Banhien,
Please check the laptop model first, his laptop model is hp be0027ur. It's a hp AMD CPU laptop and not Intel CPU laptop. you given the solution for hp Intel base laptop. hp AMD laptop doesn't comes with Intel management engine driver.
UB6424 doing the correct thing in a proper way.
