After last update of HP Hardware Diagnostics Windows i cant run it

Hey.

Today HP Hardware Diagnostics utility updated via Microsoft Store. After that when i try to run it i take an error "The Windows Event Log Service must be running" : 

I searched the "services" but I don't see a service with that name, at least in English.
I have Greek Windows and so I see other services with an English name and others with a Greek one. In Greek, however, I don't see anything that looks like this.
Any idea how can I check if the service exists and works ?

Hello.

I have the same issue since the last update on 17/12/2022, the popup sometime is displayed because of some background activity, and the application refuses to launch.

Has someone get a new update fixing the problem ?

Hello !

The MS store has just updated the HP diagnostics tools to version 2.1.0.0, and it seems it fixed the issue, at least on my personal PC.

I don't know if if also works for all Windows versions and languages...
