Am I able to upgrade my CPU which now is Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 and my motherboard is a Hewlett-Packard 3647h (XU1 PROCESSOR). Am I able to upgrade my CPU into a Core 2 Quad Q9650. Does my motherboard and computer support a Core 2 Quad Q9650? Plus does my computer and motherboard support a better CPU? (This is a PC, not a laptop)
